Chicken Breast and Leg Poached then Oven Roast with Sauce Gourmande (made with beer, Bacon & Rosemarie)

Stuffed Roast Pepper Grilled with Goat Cheese

Pepper stuffed with couscous mixed recipe topped with goat cheese.
